Artify Software Corporation has been registered in the US.  Artify is a part of the Business Software segment of the Greenfield Capital unit of MBA Fakhro.  The company develops and sells Software As A Services (SAAS) solutions to clients around the world.  These include Artify HCM, Artify CRM, and Artify Finance.  They are available to clients through Artify’s SAAS platform, artify360.com

Artify is the latest product to have come out of the Research & Development labs of MBA Fakhro. The R&D labs at MBA Fakhro are the engines that create the products and services that form the basis for many of MBA Fakhro’s new businesses. The company aspires to create successes on a scale similar to what the R&D teams at Edison Labs, 3M, and Alphabet have done, and to monetize those inventions as successfully as they have done.

MBA Fakhro works on its R&D efforts, out of its offices in (alphabetically) Bahrain, Bengaluru, Kerala, Shenzhen, Silicon Valley, and Tel Aviv. The teams all collaborate on the MBA Fakhro proprietary cloud and in its labs, to look for answers to problems in the fields of Material Sciences, Medicine, Blockchain, Artificial Intelligence, Internet of Things, FoodTech, Bioinformatics, Genomics, 5G, 3D Printing, Augmented Reality, and Clean Energy.

Commenting on the milestone, Mo Fakhro, Managing Director at MBA Fakhro said: “We are a team of great pioneers, creative thinkers, and engineers, with a deep desire to participate in the process of changing the world positively, one invention, one innovation, and one award-winning product at a time. We create award-winning software, hardware, and medicinal products, that each forms the bedrock for the new companies that we create. We create environmental solutions to help to save the planet, medicinal products to save lives, and technology products to improve productivity, efficiency, and standards of living. Some of the successes of our R&D efforts include award-winning products like Artify, Clicks, Dukakeen, NotArranged, MyFoodMyWay, and Genenica. Our pipeline of upcoming products includes cancer treatment products to fall under a new company to be called C3, unmanned aerial vehicle and human jetpack technology to fall under a new company to be called Nellford Aerospace, solar technology in the shape of roof tiles under a new company to be called Phoenix Rising, and smart glasses to fall under our Odessey company, among other products. Another effort at the R&D stage, named Splice, encompasses our efforts to develop DNA based memory chips. This involves data storage on synthetic DNA to allow for data to be stored on much smaller surfaces and in a way that can last much longer. Another, named Nu, aims to create 3D printers to manufacture body parts, while another, Clever Meats, aims to manufacture meat in labs to allow humans to enjoy meat without killing other animals.”

MBA Fakhro plans to develop Artify Software Corporation to be a market leader in the global SAAS space.  Artify has offices in Silicon Valley and India, with resellers in other parts of the World.  The new company, Artify Software Corporation, is registered in Delaware and will become the parent company for the Artify product and the ultimate employer for the Artify team in the US and India, as it is spun out from MBA Fakhro.  MBA Fakhro plans to raise a new round of funding for Artify Software Corporation before the end of 2022, in order to expand its team size and to expand its marketing efforts to increase its customer base in the US, the GCC, and around the World.  Artify’s current team strength of 30 people is made up of developers, SEO, and sales, under a leadership team in India and the US that reports in to Mo Fakhro in Bahrain in his role as the Managing Director of MBA Fakhro.

Mo Fakhro founded MBA Fakhro the day he graduated from Stanford University in Silicon Valley, and became the first Bahraini ever to have attained an undergraduate degree from Stanford.  Stanford is a renowned institution that was attended by many of the world’s top entrepreneurs in technology including Elon Musk, Sergey Brin, Jerry Yang, Bill Hewlett, and many others.  He aspires to prove, through MBA Fakhro, that it is possible to be a Middle East rooted company that excels through intellect, and to prove to the youth of the region that the science books that they learn from in school are in fact useful to their future careers and lives, and can be used to create great products and services that change the world for the better.
