The Transitory Investments of MBA Fakhro Group are short to medium term in tenure and are diverse in nature. We invest in the United States, India, Africa, the Middle East, and South East Asia through our offices in Silicon Valley, New Delhi, Kerala, Jamshedpur, Bahrain, Dubai, Singapore, Mauritius, and Lebanon. Our types of investments range from venture capital in Silicon Valley to private equity in India to real estate and franchising in Africa and South East Asia, among others. Our areas of interest for venture capital investment out of our Silicon Valley and India offices include machine learning, robotics, space travel, autonomous travel, websites/apps, internet of things, three dimensional printing, artificial intelligence, virtual reality, healthcare, media, drone technologies, genomics, and nanopore technology. In Africa we are keen to invest in franchising and in India we are interested to participate in the IT and manufacturing growth of the economy. We also believe in real estate as a category and have plans to develop that as well. Some of our ventures are listed below:

India Residential Portfolio One

MBA Fakhro & Partners India Residential Portfolio One in an under formation entity intended to acquire a diversified portfolio of residential apartments in India. The India market is projected to continue its growth over the coming years and the residential property market is expected to follow suit. The investment vehicle will invest in ready as well as off plan apartments, primarily in new master developments. The investment vehicle is projected to generate profits through rental income as well as asset appreciation.

Amal Media

MBA Fakhro Group invested in Amal Media in 2002.The company was developed over a period of five years to be a leading producer and distributor of Arabic music.MBA Fakhro Group exited the investment in 2006.

Rhapsody Life Sciences

Rhapsody Life Sciences is an India based company that aims to be a key player in emerging markets in South Asia and Africa. The company aims to work on partnerships with leading global biotechs to distribute and market their products in India and Africa.

Stem Cell Arabia

Born out of the need of parents to secure their children’s health, Stem Cell Arabia is developing a stem cell storage business to cater to parents in the Middle East.
